Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

Cancellations and changes for transfers need to be at least 4 hours prior to pick up time. Reservations booked for three (3) hours or greater become non-refundable 24 hours prior to contract start time and will be billed 100 percent of the estimated trip total.

Wait Policy

Local pick-ups and airport arrivals:

  • 15 minute complimentary wait on residential, office, hotel and fbo pick-ups
  • 30 minute complimentary wait on all commercial domestic arrivals from wheels down time
  • 45 minute complimentary wait on all commercial international arrivals from wheels down time
  • vehicle reserved hourly rate in30 minute increments applicable once wait time is exceeded


Refunds

We will only refund your fare under the following circumstances: If we do not perform to your high expectations, please contact us at the email below and your issue will be reviewed for a refund. You will be issued a refund of your deposit if your scheduled vehicle arrives at your pickup location more than 30 minutes after your scheduled pickup time. Please be sure to allow ample time to reach your destination when scheduling your pickup time.
As we take pride in our high-end fleet, there can be unexpected mechanical issues that may arise. Although this is very rare, we will issue a full refund if our vehicle becomes disabled causing an inability to reach your desired location. If this occurs, we will do our best to arrange the best alternative to assure that you arrive at your desired location on a timely basis. We cannot be responsible for high traffic volume.
